CHEESY SPINACH & POTATOE - BACON SHELLS

INGREDIENTS:
-----------------------
20 to 22 Shells / cooked in salted, with 2 tsp. Olive Oil
1 to 1 1/2 c Spaghetti or Pizza Sauce of your choice, flavored with Garlic &
Oregano.
1 box frozen Creamed Spinach
1 to 2 small Potatoes / cooked in salted water then peeled and mashed
1 large Onion / chopped
1 very small egg / this is OPPTIONAL
1 c Rehan or Basil / diced coarsly - use 1/2 in Spinach, other 1/2 to sprinkle on top of sauce in baking pan.
10 cloves of Garlic / sliced thinly, 1/2 to put in the spinach and 1/2 to sprinkle on sauce in pan.
2 to 3 slices of Bacon / raw! Cut in small pieces
1 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese / Shreded
1/2 for top of sauce and other 1/2 to sprinkle on top.
Parmesan Cheese/ as much as desired.
1 Tbsp. dry Oregano / 1/2 tsp.to sprinkle on sauce and other 1/2 to sprinkle on top.
Olive Oil for sauteing
