ARMENIAN POATOE VEGGIE UPSIDE DOWN OMLET CAKE

INGREDIENTS...

2 Mediume Potatoe's graded
( fill bowl with cold water enough to cover the potatoes, add 2 teaspoons of cornstarch and 1 tsp.salt , set aside )
4 Green Onions chopped
1/2 Red Onion chopped
1 c Kashkaval Cheese graded or any melting cheese of your choice
6 eggs
1/2 c Cilantro chopped
1/2 c zucchini graded
5 to 6 small mushrooms diced
Cherry tomatoes hand full cut in half
6 cloves of Garlic chopped
2 Mini peppers ( 1 red,1 yellow ) diced
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
