ARMENIAN AND MIDDLE EASTERN CUISINE & MORE BY ANI

INGREDIENTS

1 - 1/2 SALMON FILLET / with the skin on.
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
1 small Onion / cut in circles
1 small Red Bell Pepper / cut in circles
1 Tomatoe / cut in circles
2 cloves of Garlic / gradded - minced
1 to 2 Tbsp. of Minced Garlic
Fresh Lemon /cut in sircles and some juice squeeze
Fresh Chopped Parsley / for garnishing and flavor.
1 to 2 Tbsp. E.V.O.O./ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

SPICES.. to taste

Lemon Garlic / plenty
Sea Food Seasoning / any kind
Chilli Powder
Blk. Pepper / or white Blk. Pepper
Chili Flakes / moderately
Dry Parsley
Dry Coriander
Salt if needed

DIRECTIONS

Let It marinate for about an hour to one and a half hours.
Preheat your oven 350ﾟF.
Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the heat of the temperature in each individual's oven.
Do not over bake or else it will come out dry.

ROASTING
Cover the top with foil paper in the beginning of your cooking process for about 10 minutes, then remove the foil and roast another 5 minutes even little longer in some cases until the vegetables are cooked.
Serve right away with some freshly squeezed lemon on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
