On June 30, 2016, the Dover Police Department announced a partnership with Connections to launch the ANGEL program. Modeled after Gloucester, MA Police Department, the program allows addicts seeking help to walk into the police department without facing criminal charges and receive the assistance they need and be provided adequate resources to aid in their recovery. We apologize to Secretary Rita Landgraf for the technical difficulty resulting in a small segment of her speech being cut out.
