THIS WILL FEED 5 TO 6 ADULTS - OR MORE / IT'S A FAMILY SIZE MEAL


1 pound lean ground Beef or cubed Beef
4 medium size Zucchini / 5" to 6" long
3 large Potatoes
2 heads of Garlic
2 large Onions
Baby Carrots / as much as you like
1 bunch Italian Parsley
2 cups of frozen Peas
1 cup dry Green Split Peas / uncooked
1 to 2 Tbsp. Butter
1 to 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 everyday tablespoon of Mild Pepper Paste / heaping
2 everyday tablespoon of Tomatoe Paste / heaping
Water / divided - 5 cups then 2 cups more.

Spices ... All to your own taste.

2 tsp. Cinnamon / more or less up to you.
4 to 5 Tbs. Beef Flavor / more or less up to you
Salt / if needed and Black Ppper to taste.
2 to 3 Tbs. Dry Dill / more or less up to you.
