TAHINI COGNAC CHOCOLATE BUTTER COOKIES... 😉

INGREDIENTS...

1stick ( 1/2 cup ) + 2 tablespoons.
10 tsp. Sunflower Oil
1 tsp. Baking Soda
4 Tbsp. Tahini
1 Tbsp. Fig Vinegar / or white Vinegar
2 c All Purpose Flour / sifted
2 Tbsp. Fine Cognac... 🤔😀
1 Tbsp. Orange Blossom Water.
Small pinch of salt./ optional
White and dark chocolate/ melted over pot of boiling water.
Some lightly roasted Walnuts.

DIRECTIONS...

In a mediume deep bowl in the microwave melt the butter.
Add all above ingredients into the melted butter and mix well.
() ECCEPT THE SIFTED FLOUR ()

Now add it to the flour and start to knead by hand about 5 minutes, or until you obtain a dough that does not stick.

2 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM

You can roll smaller dough balls as I did, or you can shape them in any size or any shape that you like.
If you are using my pattern?
Then roll in your hand tightly a small ball 🤹‍♀️ little less then a tennis ball.
Remember that these will get bigger with heat.

Sprinkle lightly your work area with powered sugar, and roll quickly the ball.

Preheat your oven on 350*F

Place parchment paper on your cookie sheet.

Place dough balls onto the cookie sheet.

Now... 😀
find yourself a shot glass like me, and not for drinking the cognac 🤹‍♀️😉🤹‍♀️ but to press down to make the edges crack a little.
Don't crack the dough too much!! or else they will break apart after cooled.
These are very dainty and fragile cookies.

Bake between 10 to 12 minutes. Depending on each individuals oven.
The bottoms have to be a very light golden.
When baked, transfer them into a rack to cool off completely.

In the meantime, ground the ROASTED Walnuts or chop them, and melt the chocolates over the stove, over a pot of hot water. Add little butter for shine. And the amount of Butter will be used accordingly to how many of your cookies you want in white or dark chocolate.
